MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon or amihan is still the prevailing weather condition in the country, bringing in cloudy skies and colder weather to huge parts of Luzon according to the state meteorologists. Weather updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Friday afternoon showed thick clouds formations coming from the northeast, affecting the eastern parts of Luzon like the Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, and provinces of Apayao, Aurora, Quezon, Marinduque, Romblon, and Oriental Mindoro.
