LEGAZPI CITY — Camarines Sur disaster management responders started to decamp more than 12,000 evacuees while classes at all levels resumed on Friday amid improved weather conditions. Gremil Alexis Naz, Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Bicol spokesperson, said in a chat message that the 2,570 families (12,066 individuals) from 12 towns were allowed to return home on Friday morning, days after being hit by flooding and landslides caused by heavy rains dumped by Tropical Depression Amang.
