A man has been arrested after crashing a stolen car at Novar Gardens this morning. About 5.30am Thursday 31 August a security guard responded to reports of an alarm at Keswick Barracks. When the Security guard arrived he was confronted by a man armed with a knife. The man allegedly threatened the security guard before getting in his Toyota Corolla and driving away. Thankfully the security member was not physically injured. The security guard was able to call Triple Zero (000) and provide a description of the suspect and a direction of travel for his vehicle.
