Not on the tour calendar is Pastis starting out closer to home, but The Santa Rosa Press-Democrat gives details and more about his tour, his new book, and his comic strip. 'I wanted to do a book with a little girl as the protagonist. I like the idea of a little girl who sees her favorite toy store torn down and tries to do something about it.
