MANILA, Philippines — Financial assistance worth P3,000 has been distributed to 600 oil spill victims in Oriental Mindoro, according to the office of House Speaker Martin Romualdez on Sunday, The handing out of the cash aid was done through a partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) as well as the office of Tingog Party-list Rep.
