CommunityTidelands Park 'The San Diego Team Hope Walk is always a wonderful day,' said Mindy Schroeder, HDSA's San Diego Chapter President. 'It is our most special, and my personal favorite event, because it focuses on our families and gives us all an opportunity to connect with one another. It helps us feel like we are part of a bigger community and lets everyone know that they are not in it alone! I'm so excited to see old friends, and make new ones this year!'  Team Hope is HDSA's largest national grassroots fundraising event, which takes place in over 100 cities across the U.
