MASBATE CITY – Two active members of the New People's Army on the most wanted list for murder were arrested in Pio V. Corpuz town in Masbate province on Sunday, April 9. According to the Masbate Provincial Police Office (PPO), one of the suspects was identified as Semion Rabadon, alias 'Jay R,' 30, who was tagged as the Bicol region's number four most wanted person. Rabadon was captured at 1 p.m. in Sitio (sub-village) Kaboss, Guindawahan village. A separate operation at 3:30 p.m. in the same location resulted in the arrest of Karl Masarque, 24, who was classified as the seventh most wanted person in the municipality.
