CEBU CITY, Philippines—(UPDATED, 7:30 a.m., Monday, Sept. 11) Two fires broke out in Barangay Tejero here on Sunday, September 10, 2023. The first fire hit a residential area in U. Alviola Street, Sitio Back Blessed,   Brgy. Tejero, on Sunday afternoon. The fire was said to have affected at least 15 houses, nine of them totally burned, in a 200 square-meter area. Damages were estimated at P2.4 million.   Firefighters raised the first Tejero fire to the 2nd alarm at 1:54 p.m It was placed under control at 2:09 p.
