MANILA, Philippines — A total of 152 applicants passed the Middle East and Singapore special professional licensure examinations (SPLE) for registered electrical engineers and electrical technicians in April, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced. PRC said on Tuesday that 20 out of 142 electrical engineers passed the exam, while 132 out of 188 passed the SPLE for technicians. According to PRC, the test was taken in exam centers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Al Ahmadi, Kuwait; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Doha, Qatar; Manama, Bahrain, and Singapore.
