The celebration will be held on the west side of the overcrossing at Matmor Road and Sports Park Drive. The overcrossing connects newer neighborhoods in the southeast area to the west side of the city and is part of the city’s general plan goal of creating a dedicated path from Ashley Avenue to County Road 102 called the “Woodland Parkway.”
