Jenkins will travel to Ottawa, Canada on October 9-11 to attend a conference, "Cooperative Threat and Risk Reduction in a New Global Context," at Carleton University. This conference is sponsored by Global Affairs Canada and the Stimson Center and will highlight the global threat landscape and assess the work of the Global Partnership Against the Spread of Weapons and Materials of Mass Destruction (GP) over the past two decades.
