Like others we want to thank the excellent work of the facilitator, Ambassador Canabady, to revitalise discussions under the ecommerce work programme. The active engagement by members, including by ambassadors, and the number of written contributions - including from the UK - demonstrates that we are having a constructive discussion on the work programme. As Canada says the work programme has been reinvigorated. Given this discussion, and as you said Chair, we do question the value of repeating it here at the GC.
