Kicking off tomorrow, National Science Week opens up the unique opportunity to meet local scientists, hear from world-leading experts and celebrate Tasmania's achievements in STEM. Running until 20 August, Minister for Science and Technology, Madeleine Ogilvie, said Tasmanian National Science Week offers up a myriad of events and workshops around the State. "Watch out for the Young Tassie Scientists sharing their research across our island, enjoy a stargazing evening at Hive in Ulverstone, engage in some citizen science at QVMAG or join us for the finale at the Festival of Bright Ideas on the waterfront in Hobart," she said.
