Nic Street, Leader of the House This week in Parliament our Government will be focussed on delivering on what matters for all Tasmanians. We will be bringing forward for debate important legislation, including the: Guardianship and Administration Amendment Bill, to ensure the needs of our most vulnerable are served with contemporary framework that reflects best practice; Residential Building (Home Warranty Insurance Amendments) Bill, to protect homeowners by bringing Tasmania in line with all other states with mandatory home warranty insurance for residential building work; and the State Policies and Projects Amendment Bill, that will facilitate the independent assessment of the Macquarie Point Stadium.
