Police have charged a 37-year-old Beach Holm man over the alleged murder of a 39-year-old Aurukun man at Railway Estate in Townsville on July 12. It will be alleged shortly after 4.30am, the Beach Holm man and a woman entered an Eleventh Avenue address and seriously assaulted the man before leaving in a vehicle. Upon arrival, emergency crews located the 39-year-old unconscious with critical injuries, including a stab wound to his chest. He was declared deceased at the scene a short time later.
