The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, announced today that the Honourable Robert Oliphant, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, will be in New York City, New York, on September 17 and 18, 2023, to attend the 78th session of United Nations General Assembly. Parliamentary Secretary Oliphant will meet with various UN member state partners, including from the Commonwealth and the Middle East, to engage on global priorities, including peace and security issues, inclusion and diversity, and climate change.
