PUTRAJAYA (June 28): Access to the e-Borang for Years of Assessment (YAs) 2012 to 2015 for individuals, employers, partnerships, organisations and companies which exceed seven years will no longer be available from July 1 onwards, the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) said in a statement here on Wednesday (June 28). LHDN said the e-Filing feature for these years will no longer be accessible due to the continuing decline in submissions of e-Borang through e-Filing. It said this e-Filing feature was also not be provided under the best practices guideline of tax administration agencies in other countries, which usually make it available for only five years.
