The Rockliff Liberal Government is progressing its election commitment to invest in the North West Support School, including upgrades at the Burnie campus and development of a new Devonport campus on a new site. A dedicated education leader, based in the region, has been appointed to work closely with the School Principal, the school community and other stakeholders for both projects. Minister for Education, Children and Youth, Roger Jaensch, said separate project working groups, which will include school and parent/carer representatives, will be established for each of the Burnie and Devonport projects.
