KUANTAN: The Malaysian Timber Industry Board (MTIB) has intensified promotional campaigns on the use of wood products in the local market to achieve the domestic sales target of RM20 billion in 2025. MTIB chairman Datuk Larry Sng Wei Shien said among the programmes include holding promotion campaigns in the mass media and social media, and participating in exhibitions around the country. "This includes the organising of exhibitions such as the Wood & Lifestyle Fair(WLF) which was held in Kuala Lumpur in March and scheduled in Johor in November.
