Updates to four key IMO Assembly resolutions on implementation of IMO instruments were finalized by the Sub-Committee on Implementation of IMO Instruments at its 9th session (III 9, 31 July to 4 August). The resolutions are the draft Survey Guidelines under the Harmonized System of Survey and Certification, 2023; the draft 2023 Non-exhaustive list of obligations under instruments relevant to the IMO instruments implementation Code (III Code); the draft Procedures for port State control (PSC), 2023; and the draft 2023 Guidelines on the implementation of the ISM Code by Administrations.
