KUALA LUMPUR (June 14): The High Court on Wednesday (June 14) allowed Economics Minister Rafizi Ramli's discovery application in the defamation suit filed by former environment and water minister Datuk Seri Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man over the approval of flood mitigation projects. Judge Datuk Nik Hasmat Nik Mohamad allowed seven questions posed by Rafizi in his discovery application and instructed that the response be given within 14 days from Wednesday. Rafizi filed the discovery application on March 7, with an initial 10 queries; three were agreed by both parties to be withdrawn.
