Kiama Council reopened Jamberoo Mountain Road to the public this month, a year after it was severely damaged by a major storm and resulting landslides. We spoke to Council's Civil Engineer Nathan Zaremski, who has spent a good part of his first 15 months at Kiama Council project-managing the Jamberoo Mountain Road reconstruction work. The work is part of our $4.8 million Road Repairs Construction Program for local roads damaged by the storm. Tell us about the scale of this project? Jamberoo Mountain Road is the biggest project I've worked on in my career, in terms of scale (if not necessarily price).
