Liberal Member for Braddon, Minister Roger Jaensch, said the new panels will enhance the visitor experience to the important tourist drawcard. "The Rockliff Liberal Government is preserving Tasmania's heritage and investing in tourism," Minister Jaensch said. "Highfield Historic Site, faithfully restored and conserved by the Tasmania Parks and Wildlife Service over many years, offers visitors an insight into the early colonisation of Tasmania and features the North West's Van Diemen's Land Company.
