To begin selling content, start by selecting "Content Sales" from the menu. Enabling content sales does not affect existing boards, you can still choose to make part of your content free for all users. The gist of it is simple: you have your own personal Stripe account, we have another. Your Stripe deposits will in turn be transferred to a normal bank account of your choosing. Whenever you sell any content, a small percentage of your sales will go to us, and the rest to you directly. There are no hidden fees or catches. You (and Ziney) are protected by Stripe, which includes resolving and protecting against any potential credit card fraud, and you have full access to normal Stripe services like refunds. You do not need an existing Stripe account, you can set it up as you go, and it is completely free.

If for some reason you need to disconnect your Stripe account from Ziney, you can do so by again going to the "Actions" menu and selecting "Content Sales". Simply press disconnect, and you will be disconnected. You can also perform this action from your Stripe account.

After you have understood the idea and terms, click on the checkbox and then the "Connect with Stripe" button.

If you already have a Stripe account, you can simply login and proceed. Otherwise, fill in your contact details in the form. In the website field you can fill in either your personal website if you have one, or the address to your Ziney user index, which you can retrieve by going to "My Boards" and copying the address from the browser URL bar. After everything is correct, press "Authorize access to this account". You will be redirected back to Ziney when the process completes.

You are now ready to sell content. Create a new board or edit an existing board by pressing on its title.

Enter the price in the appropriate field, and specify whether the price is a one-time fee or for a monthly subscription. Subscriptions are transparently managed by Ziney, you do not generally need to interact with a subscriber unless you wish to do so. You will also immediately see how much the Ziney commission is. In the picture example it is 0.80€, so you get 9.10€ from the total 9.90€ item. After this you are all set, other users can purchase your board, although you may want to preview what the board looks by checking out the next instructions.

You can open the board preview at any time by going to "My Boards" and selecting "Preview as Buyer". The alternatives and the view are exactly the same as for your customer.

By default, the preview will show up to five random sample items from the board. If you wish to show a specific set of items, edit the items and mark the Premium preview checkbox (this toggle is only visible after creating an item, and only for premium boards).
