Aluminum giant China Zhongwang Holdings Ltd. will be delisted in Hong Kong after the company didn't report financial results since 2021 and failed to fulfill the exchange's resumption guidance. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange issued a letter March 24 informing the company of the delisting decision, Zhongwang Holdings said Tuesday in a statement. The last day of the listing will be April 12. The company said it will not apply for a review of the decision.
