LUCENA CITY — Authorities caught on Tuesday, March 7, a construction worker who allegedly yielded shabu worth P3.4 million in Bacoor City, Cavite. In a report Wednesday, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Region 4A said its agents and local police caught Abobakar Balaiman, 43, a resident of Bacoor, in an 'entrapment' operation at 3:40 p.m. in Barangay Molino 3. Balaiman, classified as a 'high-value' drug trafficker, yielded 500 grams of meth worth P3,450,000 when arrested. Authorities were conducting further investigations to determine the source of the illegal drugs.
