Kim Bong-jin, Woowa Brothers' founder and chairperson of the board of directors, announced his resignation on Friday. Kim will also step down from his position as chairperson of Woowa DH Asia, the company's Singaporean entity. After the resignation, Kim will serve as an adviser to the company. Kim's successor is yet to be decided.
