TELUK INTAN, May 5 (Bernama) -- The construction of Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris' (UPSI)  Teluk Intan campus in Jalan Changkat Jong here will continue through open tender, Local Government Development Minister Nga Kor Ming said. He said he was given to understand that the open tender process for the project, worth around RM130 million, will be implemented this month. 'The ‘sick' UPSI project could not be implemented by the previous government, so within these six months after the Unity Government was formed, we talked with the Higher Education Ministry.
