Korean custody: state dept.By Byun Duk-kun WASHINGTON, July 20 (Yonhap) -- The United States is continuing to work for the safe return of a U.S. service member who crossed the inter-Korean border into North Korea this week, state department spokesperson Matthew Miller said Thursday. The department spokesperson, however, declined to comment on whether North Korea has responded to U.S. outreach. "I will say the case continues to be extremely high priority for the department," he told a press briefing when asked about the case.
