Turning pro means Tubu can attend to dad's medical needs
Trisha Tubu made the jump to the professional Premier Volleyball League (PVL) to support her ailing dad, saying that it was her time to give back. 'My decision is not about me or whoever you think. This is for my father in Tarlac because he needs a pacemaker after he's gone through a lot of operations due to a stroke,' Tubu said on Friday, a day after signing with Farm Fresh and leaving Adamson after just one UAAP season and with the next less than three months away. Turning 23 in October, Tubu turned her back on at least two more playing years with Adamson, joining former coach Jerry Yee together with fellow Lady Falcons Kate Santiago, Ckyle Tagsip and libero Cae Lazo.
