MANILA, Philippines— The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) distributed organic fertilizer and farm machineries and equipment (FMEs) worth P4.3 million to 462 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) over seven organizations in Tarlac. Chairpersons of the seven groups signed a trust agreement for the FME's proper operation and maintenance, said the DAR in a Thursday release. FME distribution is part of the DAR's major-crop based block farm productivity enhancement project under Climate Resilient Farm Productivity Support (CRFPS) and Sustainable Livelihood Support for Disaster Affected Areas (SLSDAA), according to DAR-Tarlac Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer Marie Cabantac.
