MANILA, Philippines — Sandiganbayan's Fourth Division has denied the prosecution's request to present testimonies of the Third Division's witnesses for a different ill-gotten wealth case involving former president Ferdinand Marcos Sr.'s alleged cronies. In a resolution dated June 13, Sandiganbayan junked a motion that would have compelled an officer of its Third Division to identify the transcript of stenographic notes (TSN), which contained testimonies of witnesses that the prosecution was not able to present in the case handled by the Fourth Division.
