You Can't Always Get What You Want became the anthem of my 20s. Mick Jagger has turned 80. It is astonishing. It seems fine for a president of the richest democracy in the world to be over 80. After all, we don't expect Joe Biden to rotate his hips or scream into a microphone. Being dignified and seemingly rational is all that is expected of him.
