MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) is warning the public against posers using the name of its official to solicit money. In a notice on Tuesday, BFAR said it received multiple reports that certain individuals pretend as employees of the BFAR Office of Director and maliciously use the official's name to get money from suppliers and bidders of BFAR projects and programs.
