INQUIRER FILE PHOTO MANILA, Philippines — A 54-year-old man, who is said to be one of the most wanted persons in National Capital Region, was arrested in a joint operation of Philippine National Police (PNP) on Thursday in Antipolo, Rizal. Police gave this report on Thursday night. The accused has been a subject of a warrant of arrest from Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 48 for Qualified Rape since 2015. He was charged for sexual abuse of his niece, who was a minor, in 2003. The offender was also convicted in 2011 for Acts of Lasciviousness.
