MANILA, Philippines-Rey Nambatac became the second player to be fined by Rain or Shine for playing in an unsanctioned game described in local terms as 'Ligang Labas' without the team's permission. The Elasto Painters said on Wednesday that Nambatac will lose 'two days worth of salary' for 'breaching his PBA Uniform Players' Contract by participating in an exhibition game.' Rain or Shine's sanction came after Beau Belga was fined for taking part in a series of exhibitions, including the infamous brawl against a team of foreign players in Carmen, Cebu.
