MANILA, Philippines — Hot and humid weather will prevail in most parts of the country on Saturday due to easterlies and the start of the dry season, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). 'Aasahan po natin na ang malaking bahagi ng ating bansa ay makakaranas ng mainit na panahon, pero malaki pa rin and tiyansa ng mga isolated o pulo-pulong pag-ulan lalo na sa silangan bahagi ng Visayas, Mindanao at Southern Luzon,' Pagasa weather specialist Obet Badrina said in ann early morning update.
