The 14th* Doctor, Ncuti Gatwa, begins filming season 14 of Doctor Who this November. (*Well, by the most conventional numbering system, anyways.) The Hollywood Reporter revealed the planned return to filming for the series today. The long-running sci-fi program's 14th season will mark Gatwa's first as the leading Time Lord. It will also feature the return of original revival showrunner Russell T. Davies. Gatwa takes over the role from the previous regeneration of the Doctor, Jodie Whittaker. Whittaker will make her final appearance as the character during the show's upcoming 60th anniversary special.
