MANILA, Philippines — Muntinlupa Councilor Raul Corro has been elected president of the Philippine Councilors League (PCL), according to a statement issued on Wednesday by the Muntinlupa City Public Information Office Corro's presidency was endorsed by PCL's outgoing president, Jose Nelson Tata Sala, former national chairman Alan Zulueta, and former president Luis Chavit Singson, as well as various other groups and regional leagues. Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon congratulated Corro, who he referred to as a 'true-blue Muntinlupeño who is a model of public service.
