MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has announced the week-long extension of the dry run for the exclusive motorcycle lane along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City. The formal implementation of the designated lane exclusive for motorcycles was set to begin on March 20, but in a statement on Friday, the MMDA said the dry run would be extended to give way to the road patch works being done by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in the area. The extension will also allot more time for motorists to familiarize themselves with the policy, it added.
