Jesus Crispin Remulla as justice secretary at once drawing objections from advocates of human rights and press freedom. In a press briefing on Monday at his campaign headquarters in Mandaluyong City, Marcos said he had also tapped Arsenio Balisacan and Bienvenido Laguesma to the agencies that they used to head — the National Economic and Development Authority (Neda) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), respectively.
