As she is physically unable to be with her firstborn son Joshua on his 28th birthday, Kris Aquino will miss out his celebration and would just shop for new clothes for him to be delivered by a visiting 'super special someone.' In an Instagram post, Aquino said Josh's birthday is a mix of happiness and sadness for her because she would be absent on the special day of her son, who is staying in the Philippines with some relatives, while she continues her stay in California in the United States for treatment of her autoimmune diseases.
