JELI, May 15 (Bernama) -- The Polytechnic and Community College Education Department (JPPKK) will introduce a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) foundation programme starting in the July session. Its Director-General, Dr. Mohd Zahari Ismail said the programme is a new initiative in an effort to empower TVET programmes including aquaculture and agriculture. "'It is specifically for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) leavers to give them space and opportunity to participate in the programme which is run together with Malaysia Technical University Network (MTUN).
