MANILA, Philippines — After 20 years of holding office along Chino Roces Avenue in Makati City, the Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) is moving to the Media Resource Plaza (MRP) building at the corner of Mola and Pasong Tirad Streets, also in Makati City, just two blocks away from its current home. The MRP building will now house all the units of the Inquirer Group of Companies (IGC) — PDI, Inquirer.net, Inquirer MegaMobile, and Inquirer Academy. The relocation is in line with the IGC strategy of optimizing current and future operations by harnessing the benefits of technology and achieving closer collaboration between the business and editorial groups.
