Geraldine Ridge Bagwell, age 80, peacefully passed away on November 4, 2022, in Shreveport, following a brief illness. A private ceremony will be held to spread Gerry's ashes in her beloved hometown of Hickory Tavern, South Carolina. Gerry and her family moved from Laurens, South Carolina, to Ruston, in 1968. Gerry loved the outdoors and spending time working in her yard on Lake Claiborne. She enjoyed living a simple life at home playing her piano. Gerry loved reminiscing about her childhood, her heritage and visiting with her family.
