INQUIRER FILE PHOTO LUCENA CITY — Police arrested a former drug convict carrying an illegal firearm during a buy-bust operation Tuesday in Tiaong town in Quezon province. The Quezon police said in a report Wednesday, Sept. 20, that anti-narcotics operatives held Randy Argelio, 49, after he sold P500 worth of shabu (crystal meth) to a poseur buyer at around 11:45 p.m. in Barangay San Agustin. The suspect was found in possession of seven sachets of meth with a street value of P11,424 and an improvised shotgun.
