[NEWS1] The liberal Democratic Party (DP) leadership asked Rafael Grossi, director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), to reconsider its decision to support the Japanese plan to release its treated radioactive water into the sea on Sunday. 'As many as 85 percent of Koreans are still against the plan,' said Wi Seong-gon, a DP legislator who has been heading a special committee of the party established to oppose the Japanese water discharge plan.
