During their Earnings Call today, Disney announced some changes to Disney+. The ad-supported version of Disney+ will launch on December 6th, 2022. Disney+ Basic will launch for $7.99 per month. The ad-free version of Disney+ will have its price increased to $10.99 per month and re-titled to Disney+ Premium. They're also raising rates for Hulu, with both ad-supported and ad-free versions getting the price hike. So if you want to keep the ad-free version of Disney+ that you currently pay $7.99 per month for, you'll need to pay an extra $3 a month, a 38% increase.
