ALAMEDA COUNTY, CA – A deputy from the Alameda County Sheriff's Office reportedly surrendered to authorities on September 7th following a manhunt that was spurred after officials say the then-off-duty deputy fatally shot a husband and wife inside of their home earlier that same day.Authorities claim that 24-year-old Deputy Devin Williams Jr. was off-duty on the morning of September 7th when he fatally shot a 42-year-old woman and her 58-year-old husband inside of their residence located in Dublin, California, with the deputy allegedly using his service weapon in the double homicide.
