Mrs. Burrough Evelyn Louise Shaver Burrough was born on Jan. 24, 1941, to William (Bill) and Loretta (Cox) Shaver. Growing up in Davilla, Evelyn was the youngest of three girls. Evelyn adored he r parents and learned her work ethic from her hardworking mother. Evelyn grew up in a family that had little money but lots of love. As Evelyn grew into a young woman, she worked hard to have the finer things in life and lots of love in her home. On April 17, 1954, Evelyn married her one true love, Frank Burrough Jr.
